Our Artisan Bakery in Beamsville, The Old Post Bakery provides the Niagara Region and Memphis Fire Barbeque Company with the very best in scratch-made Bakery Products.  We realize that our buns might cost a bit more than mass-produced grocery store buns, but their quality bread is what makes a Memphis Fire barbeque sandwich what it truly is, amazing!

Be Careful with Big Buns

we know it’s tongue-and-cheek, but it caught your attention.

The larger the bun, the more meat your guests will pile on it, seems logical right?  If you are providing two small slider buns per person, which is what we recommend, then you should budget 4 ounces of Pulled Pork or Beef Brisket per person.  If you choose to provide our Large Egg Buns, then you will need to increase that to 6 Р8 oz per person, as the buns are much larger.
